AKD (Alkylketene Dimer)

Eka DR C20, 30 Series
Cationic, starch-stabilized AKD dispersions, capable of sizing in all systems. Preferred for virgin fiber and food-grade applications.

Eka DR D, E Series
Cationic, polymer-stabilized AKD dispersions, for sizing of all systems, and in particular, closed, recycled fiber and CTMP systems.

Eka DR 40 Series
Anionic AKD dispersions, particularly suitable for systems using OBA and highly cationic additives. Also suitable for systems with high levels of anionic trash.
